
Edurne Terradillos holds four six-year research merits, focusing her studies on the collective participation and representation of workers within companies, public employment, business change management, and European Social Law. She has been a speaker and presenter at over 40 national and international conferences and symposiums, as well as organizing and coordinating international congresses and seminars.
Regarding research projects, Terradillos has participated continuously in approximately 30 projects under competitive calls from the Spanish State and the Autonomous Community. Additionally, she has led two state-level research projects as principal investigator and currently heads a consolidated research group funded by the Basque Government.
In terms of research stays, Professor Terradillos has carried out several residencies in Paris, Florence, Bordeaux, and the University of Pau. She has also participated in three Erasmus Teaching stays.
In her professional sphere, Terradillos served as an expert member of the Basque Economic and Social Council (2013–2019).
In academic management, she was Acting Dean in 2012 and served as Vice-Dean for Quality at the Faculty of Law (UPV/EHU) from 2006 to 2012.
