The policy proposals of the Report submitted to the Spanish Government are presented as a critical antidote to the disruptions AI introduces in the world of work, ensuring innovation aligns with social justice and workers’ rights. The session will explore under which conditions artificial intelligence can be mobilised as a tool to strengthen democracy at work, rather than undermine it. We will look at how cooperatives are leading in this direction. The panelists will discuss the proposals made in the Report.
