Isabelle Ferreras will deliver a keynote at the S&D Conference “Quality Jobs for All” organised at the European Parliament in Brussels on October 14, 2026.
This conference will gather progressive voices and ideas in a push for an ambitious Quality Jobs Act, including legislation on the right to disconnect, on fair teleworking rules, on algorithmic management and AI in the workplace, on mental health at work, and on the fight against exploitative subcontracting chains. The Commission’s proposal, which is expected for December 2026, must provide concrete answers to work-related exhaustion, insecure employment, digital control, mental health pressure, and the weakening of workers’ bargaining power. It can also help to address the affordability crisis.
Programme and registration are available here.
The conference is also live streamed, with interpretation in EN, FR, ES and DE. You can watch it live here.
