She is a co-founder of the DemocratizingWork.org initiative.

Jeremias Adams-Prassl is is Professor of Law at the University of Oxford, a Fellow of Magdalen College, Associate Dean (Research) of the Faculty of Law, and senior research associate of the Institute for Ethics in AI. He is also a member of the faculty at Bocconi University and College of Europe.

Julie Battilana is the Joseph C. Wilson Professor of Business Administration in the Organizational Behavior Unit at Harvard Business School and the Alan L. Gleitsman Professor of Social Innovation at Harvard Kennedy School, where she is also the founder and faculty chair of the Social Innovation + Change Initiative. She is a co-founder of the DemocratizingWork.org Initiative.

Antonio Baylos is Emeritus Professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the University of Castilla-La Mancha (UCLM) and Director of the Revista de Derecho Social (Bomarzo Publishing). Additionally, he serves as honorary president of the European and Latin American Center for Social Dialogue (CELDS), a UCLM-affiliated research institute.

Benjamin Braun is assistant professor in political economy at the London School of Economics and Political Science. He is a fellow at the Hertie School and a policy fellow at Dezernat Zukunft. His research interests include the role of finance in capitalism, macrofinance, and the green transition.

Isabel-Gemma Fajardo García is Professor of Commercial Law at the University of Valencia, and member of its University Institute for Research in Social Economy, Cooperativism and Entrepreneurship (IUDESCOOP). Researcher at CIRIEC-Spain and head of the Legislation Section of the Journal Noticias de la Economía Pública, Social y Cooperativa co-published by CIRIEC and CIDEC.
Member of the Board of Directors of the Platform for Economic Democracy.

Sergio González Begega is associate Professor at the Department of Sociology, University of Oviedo (Spain), coordinator of the M.A. Programme in History and Sociocultural Analysis, Senior Researcher at the Institute of Natural Resources and Landmanagement of the Principality of Asturias (INDUROT).

Francisca María Ferrando García is Professor of Labour Law and Social Security at the University of Murcia (UM); researcher at the Chair of Social Economy at UM; researcher at the Chair of Labour Relations at UM. Researcher at the Chair of Identity and Digital Rights at UM. Dean of the Faculty of Law at UM.

Daniel Innerarity is Chair in AI & Democracy at the School of Transnational Governance (STG) and Professor of Political and Social Philosophy at the University of the Basque Country and the Ikerbasque Foundation for Science in Spain. He also directs the Instituto de Gobernanza Democrática.

Sara Lafuente Hernández is a researcher at the European Trade Union Institute (ETUI) specialising in democracy at work, European industrial relations, and worker participation. She holds a PhD in Political Science and Law from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) and Universidad de Castilla-La Mancha.

Erinch Sahan leads DEAL’s work on applying Doughnut Economics to businesses. Recently, he was the CEO of the World Fair Trade Organization and previously spent 7 years at Oxfam leading campaign initiatives. He has also worked across business and government. Erinch is a board member of the Social Enterprise World Forum and the Finance Innovation Lab. He teaches at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership and holds degrees in finance and law, and an honorary doctorate from Oxford Brookes University.

Vicente Salas Fumás is Emeritus Professor at the University of Zaragoza, member of the Academia Europaea and the IEDIS. He holds a degree and a Master’s in Business Administration from ESADE and a Master of Science and a PhD in Management Science from Purdue University (USA). He has served as a full professor of business organization at the Universities of Zaragoza and Autónoma de Barcelona, as well as a visiting researcher at Stanford University and the University of Connecticut.

Edurne Terradillos Ormaetxea is accredited as Full Professor of Labor Law and Social Security at the University of the Basque Country (UPV/EHU). She has 25 years of continuous teaching experience at the UPV/EHU Faculty of Law, lecturing in both undergraduate and master’s degree programs in Law.
